The team led by Professor Wei Xiankui from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Xiamen University collaborated with a German scientific team and for the first time discovered a quasi-two-dimensional ferroelectric material with the important characteristic of multiple switchable polarization states in N-H co-injected perovskite manganese oxides. This discovery has opened a new era for the future design of multistate ferroelectric information storage. The research results, titled "Quasi-two-dimensional ferroelectricity with multiple switchable polarization states in N-H coinjected perovskite manganites", were published in the top international journal "Science Advances".This achievement was subsequently reported by well-known public platforms such as "Research into Logic", "Science Enthusiast" and "iNature".
